Around this time of year, the island of St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands has its Carnival, but this year, the physical festivities were scrapped as a result of the COVID-19. However, COVID-19 has not stopped the St. Thomas Carnival! The island is having its Carnival virtually!</h4>
