Carnival, for many Caribbean islands, is the ultimate representation of culture! Around this time of year, the island of St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands has its Carnival, but this year, the physical festivities were scrapped as a result of the COVID-19. However, COVID-19 has not stopped the St. Thomas Carnival! The island is having its Carnival virtually!
